Notice of change in the company’s legal form

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you that on June 1, 2020, the partnership Paradowscy AMP Spółka jawna was transformed into the company Paradowscy AMP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. On this date, the transformed company was entered into the KRS register of entrepreneurs.

The change of legal form is formal in nature, and according to Article 553 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, the limited liability company has all the rights and obligations of the previous general partnership. By operation of law, all obligations and contracts will continue under the previous terms.

The company retains its previous address, NIP, REGON, and bank account number; only the KRS number has changed.
